LeaseOwnership™ tenants are members in the limited liability companies that own the real estate and have full voting rights on all decisions of the company.
Most importantly, LeaseOwnership™ tenants are entitled to cash flow distributions from operations, refinance or sale and also to the extent usable in their own tax planning, losses and deductions such as depreciation.
